Between the trees -a work made outside following the movements of sounds birds and insects and the psithurism of trees., for the Orangery of Chateau Chaumont -in disrepair ,the space had brambles over the floor and up the walls , the dialogue of space, decay, growth and mark made the Orangery the perfect place to show these drawings. The passage like space dictated the hanging and also mimicked a kind of birdlike flight .
Home - originally conceived as hanging scrolls I combined these to form a simple house/ serre structure. A space of fragility and translucance where ruin is ever present.
No mans Land - a series of woodcuts taken from internet photos of deep oceans - together and overprinted form a wall of suspended woodcuts that move as then viewer passes.
