Much of my work has been shown in installation formats. These short films reveal the dimensional aspect of much of my work with the sounds used to make them, working with the trumpet player Jim Howard who used my prints as scores for improvisation.
Birdland a film score for trumpet
Made with cyanotype and Nasa photos from the Sahel to the Camargue it charts the journey taken over desert and sea to arrive at les Alpilles in Provence. It was made and shown at the Musee des Alpilles in 2023. The sound track is Jim Howards improvisation made when the work was first shown with residence22 .
