A site specific installation for the Orangerie at Chateau Chaumont .
Between the trees
This work was made outside following the movements of sounds birds and insects and the psithurism of trees. The space was in disrepair and had brambles over the floor and up the walls , the dialogue of space, decay, growth and mark made the Orangery the perfect place to show these drawings.
The passage like space dictated the hanging and also mimicked a kind of birdlike flight .
The pianola rolls with printed songs, tempos, holes and words interplayed with the ideas of sound and movement.
